+ Finding Balance in a COVID World to Support Success at Home and Work

As leaders in your work and at home you have had to adapt and try to integrate your work and home lives in an even more challenging environment than ever before. For many women, self-care has been a very important aspect of their lives that has been put aside while trying to work and raise their remote-schooled kids, family, along with the emotional and daily challenges that come along with a COVID world.

In this 30-minute workshop, you will be guided through the three main parts of your day: morning, noon and night; where you will learn 3 new ways to be successful in our “new normal”, to be able to manage your stress and bring your best selves to your loved ones and co-workers, one small habit change at a time.

+ Developing Mental Resilience During Uncertain Times

The certainty of life is what keeps us growing, changing and thriving. In the time of this pandemic, life has taken a turn that was least expected and the way of living that you once knew has been turned upside down. Your routines have been changed, your kids are at home, you are working from home and COVID continues to loom over you. The pandemic has created many uncertainties in your life, that it makes it difficult to navigate from one day to the next, and the end to all of it is unclear.

This 30-minute workshop will help you to understand the importance of mental resilience, recognize the power of positive thinking and provide you with 3 ways to strengthen your resolve and your resilience, so you can not only power through each day, but begin to grow and thrive in this environment.

+ The Importance of Self-care and Self-compassion in Today’s World

Self-care doesn’t have to feel guilty, or indulgent, it can simply be your way of life. Self-care means taking care of yourself, so it also doesn’t have to mean a trip to a fancy spa, it can be the things you do for yourself at home.

Self-compassion is something that we rarely give to ourselves, we are often our own worst critic. Understanding self-compassion and how to be gentler with ourselves is a way of being that is not innate, but learned behavior.

During this workshop, I take you on a journey of self-care and self-compassion for not only your emotional well-being, but also the well-being of your physical and social selves. You will discover 3 key steps to making self-care a habit and engage in self-affirmations to help you be a little more compassionate with with yourself. Self-care and self-compassion are needed more now than ever before. Take the first steps to creating space for real self-care that will make a transformational difference in both your success at home and at work.

+ Develop Ways to Reduce Stress in a COVID World

During this time of the pandemic, we are all going through a tremendous amount of change and uncertainty in our lives. We have had to make drastic changes in the way we live, the way we function in society, and the way we work. Alongside change comes fear and anxiety, which manifests itself as stress on both our minds and our bodies.

In this 30-minute workshop, you will understand how your body reacts to stress, what the red flag warnings are and what you can do to address it. Together, we will dig deep into identifying the main cause of the stress in your life and learn simple tools and new habits that can begin to alleviate it.

+ The Importance of Boosting Your Immunity in a COVID World

Now, more than ever before, we understand the importance of keeping our immune systems strong. Very few of us have lived long enough to see a virus take so many lives around the world. Keeping your immune systems strong is one way you can help prevent getting sick from this virus.

Together, we explore three ways to boost your immune system; we look at which foods are immune-boosters and which are immune-compromisers; we dive into how you can incorporate exercise into your weekly routines; and we look at what factors are negatively affecting your sleep and how you can make simple changes to improve sleep quality. In this workshop, we determine how small changes in your habits can make a big impact on your bodies’ immunity.

+ Sleep Tips for a Better Night's Sleep

Sleep has been a major challenge for many since the pandemic hit. We all know that sleep is a crucial step in achieving optimal energy levels, good decision making and keeping our immune systems at its peak.

In this 30-minute workshop, I share 3 strategies to improve sleep quality. We dive deep into the factors that affect sleep quantity and quality, the need for consistent routines that are meant to train your bodies to sleep and 3 different strategies that can be easily implemented into your nightime routine. By following the simple recommendations in this workshop you will be sleeping better as soon as tonight!

+ Discover How to Get off the Sugar Rollercoaster

Sugar is one of the biggest culprits in weight gain and mood swings. It takes us on a rollercoaster ride, giving us the high as we climb that rollercoaster and then we come crashing down. And then the cycle starts all over again because we need to feed that crash with more sugar to bring our energy levels back up.

This workshop focuses on the ways to gain more energy by balancing your blood sugar, so you are no longer riding that sugar rollercoaster. You will have a better understanding of why you crave sugar at certain times, and we look at the best ways to balance your blood sugar throughout the day. Balancing blood sugar is the single most important thing you can do to reduce biological and chemical stress so your body can heal and rebuild.

+ Clearing the Clutter

Why is it important for us to constantly de-clutter our lives? Clutter is known to encumber us, to create barriers that prevent us from moving forward. By taking the time to clear the clutter, it helps you to get on track energetically, physically and emotionally to move through your life so you can keep growing and try new things. The expression “You have to clear out the old furniture before you bring in the new” is just what we are going to discuss during this workshop. We need to make space for these new opportunities to enter our lives. In life, we are always encountering new people, new ideas, concepts and opportunities and you want to be ready to embrace them without anything holding you back. In this workshop, we focus on three areas of your life: your physical and digital environments, your schedule and your emotions. It is an incredible exercise in letting go that leaves you feel unencumbered and free.

Participants will:

  • be guided to create sustainable plans that allow them to reclaim their health and their lives

  • address the challenges most felt during this time of the pandemic and create space for real self-care

  • align their daily and weekly activities with their goals

Each workshop is interactive and focused on taking small, actionable steps that lead to transformational outcomes. Each participant will receive digital worksheets which they can use throughout the workshop to guide them in their actions and help them commit to the new habit changes.

SMALL GROUP COACHING

 Small Group Coaching for your employees who:

  1. Are ready to reclaim control over their health and their lives

The Total Transformation Small Group Program is a 6-week small group coaching experience.

In small groups, I provide the guidance, tools and support that allows participants to create long-term, sustainable changes and thrive in their lives.

In a virtual group setting of 6 people, we will dive deep into understanding what’s been keeping them stuck and what motivates them to make a change. 

  • They will set measurable and achievable goals and create a step-by-step plan to keep themselves on track.

  • They will uncover foods and lifestyle habits that are sabotaging their success and learn how to avoid these habits of the past.

  • They will leave the program feeling a sense of total transformation, accomplishment and the ability to bring their best selves to everything they do.

  • As their coach, they will have a confidential, sacred partner holding their visions of possibility for them while helping them stay accountable to what matters the most to them.


THE PROGRAM OUTLINE

WEEK 1: Identifying the energy-sapping and energy-giving activities in your life

WEEK 2: Honoring your Yes’ and your No’s by exploring your desired experience and how you want to be feeling each day

WEEK 3: Understanding self-sabotage and how to bring awareness to habits that no longer serve you

WEEK 4: Explore what is wanting to be nourished in your life and how to feed it with healthy habits

WEEK 5: Discover how to unleash your personal power

WEEK 6: Completion Ritual


WHAT THEY WILL RECEIVE:

  • Group coaching in groups of no more than 6 people

  • 6 x weekly virtual coaching sessions over Zoom

  • 2 x 60-minute private sessions: one at the beginning and one at the end

  • A focus on small, manageable steps that keep you moving toward your goal

  • A notebook to keep all of your notes in one place

  • Text and email support in between sessions

Hi, I’m Tanya,

I’m a certified Life Coach and my passion is helping women reclaim their energy and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.

A mother of two beautiful girls, married for 14 years, with a 20 year career in high tech,  I truly understand how challenging it can be to build a thriving career and be fully present for your life. 

For years, I was over-worked, trying to do it all, I was pulled in so many directions, I didn’t know which way I was going. I was failing at work and at home and realized that something had to give.

And that’s when I made the non-negotiable decision to redefine what success really means to me.

Now I prioritize the things that matter most to me and I help other women to do the same.

 

TOTAL TRANSFORMATION FAQs

+ I am interested in more than one workshop. Are you able to provide multiple workshops to my organization?

Yes, I can. Please schedule a call with me and we can discuss your needs.

+ How long are the workshops?

The workshops vary between 30-45 minutes.

+ Do your workshops only focus on women?

The workshops have a slant towards women, however they can be easily modified to focus on all genders.

+ How much time is required to prepare?

I suggest allowing 4 weeks to prepare, so you have ample time to market and communicate it to your employees.

+ What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel without any penalty within 4 weeks of the agreed upon date. If you are within the planned date, you may reschedule to a later date.

+ What will be involved on my end?

You will be responsible for marketing and communicating the workshop with your employee base. I will provide you with the workshop descriptions, my bio and headshot, for marketing purposes. I will also provide a registration page, if needed, and the worksheets.

+ What is your pricing model?

For the workshops, pricing is dependent on the number of workshops you sign up for, which I can discuss further on a call. For small group coaching, the fees are typically a shared model between employer and employee.

+ What size or type of organization do you work with?

I work with all types and sizes of organizations from corporations to non-profits.

+ Do you have a limit to the number of attendees on your workshops?

There is no limit to the number of attendees on my workshops.

+ Do you have a limit to the number of participants in your small group coaching?

The limit is 6 per group. I do not limit the number of groups.

+ Do they join the workshops and group coaching virtually?

Yes. During this time while employees are working remotely due to COVID rules, participants will join virtually.

+ Does my organization provide the video conferencing technology?

I am able to work with your video conferencing technology or provide my own through Zoom.

+ How do our employees register and join your workshops?

There are two ways to register for the workshops: one is through my registration page, the other is through a meeting invitation provided by your organization. To register for the small group coaching, I will provide the necessary paperwork for online registration and payment.
